Ingredients
- 1 pack of Fetalia Feta, diced
- 4 avocados, halved with pits removed
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 small bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 4 tbsp. olive oil

Directions
1. Layout halved avocados on a serving plate.
2. Combine feta, tomatoes, pomegranate and olive oil in mixing bowl.
3. Slowly stir mixture together making sure ingredients are well coated.
4. Spoon mixture into each avocado, top with cilantro, sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano and serve

For the Salad
- 1 lb. romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 lb. tomatoes, diced
- 1 pack Fetalia Feta, crumbled
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1/4 black olives, halved

For the Dressing
-2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
-3 tbsp. lemon juice
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
1. Stir together the dressing ingredients and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red, onion, and olives.
3. Toss with prepared dressing and top with crumbled Fetalia Feta.

-1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
-1/4 cup minced parsley
-1/4 cup chopped red onion
-1 tsp. minced garlic
-3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
-2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
-1/2 pack Fetalia Feta
-1 loaf French bread baguette, sliced

Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, parsley and onion.
2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
3. Pour the oil and vinegar mixture over the olives and vegetables and toss to coat.
4. Serve on toasted baguette slices and top with crumbled Fetalia Feta.
